Job Description

  • Managing strong client relationships, conflict resolution, excellent negotiation skills, negotiate renewals.
  • Excellent communication (written & verbal), interpersonal, planning & organizing skills.
  • Expertise in major account management, in-depth knowledge of the Express Service Industry & DHL standards, policies and procedures.
  • Regularly update relevant departments such as Business Service Support and Operations on matters related to National Customer accounts.
  • Collaborate with various DHL entities to create and deploy strategies on a national level to improve the customers’ overall competitive advantage in order to maximize the customers’ lifetime value to DHL.
  • Responsible to manage sales and pricing activities over defined national customers portfolio.
  • Propose plans and recommendations to improve sales and provide customized support services to clients.
  • Understanding of logistic sales practices and express businesses.
  • Team player & result oriented, can perform under pressure and take initiatives.
