Job Description
- Develop a winning and viable retail business tactic for your region to ensure all sales targets are met.
- Operate and maintain an efficient retail operating system (people, process and system) to maximize and sustain a steady revenue stream from your region.
- Manage a team of high performing service point professionals to service over the counter customers.
- Monitor your region’s business performance on a periodic basis.
- Compile monthly reports detailing service standards and performance of the region.
- Develop proactive and reactive tactics to deal with issues and problems.
- Maintain effective relationship with customers while demonstrating outstanding customer service to enhance customer experience.
